Wrap up
Having a profound encounter with God in Scripture is within each of our grasp. The Bible is at the heart of everything we do and believe as Catholics. A good Bible study can enrich our faith.
A Quick Journey Through the Bible (in a day!) provides an excellent introduction and overview of Scripture from a Catholic perspective. This eight part series, facilitated by Mt. Carmel staff member Peter Denio and presented in video form by Jeff Cavins, covers salvation history from beginning to end. The complexity of the Bible is made accessible through an easy-to-follow narrative approach, and an ingenious color-coded Bible Timeline. As you begin to understand the Bible, you will develop a greater understanding for your faith, a deeper experience of the sacraments, and a closer relationship to Christ. If you want a better understanding of our faith, and a deeper relationship with God, then join us for A Quick Journey Through the Bible (in a day!).
Everyone who participates will receive a color-coded Bible Timeline Chart, as well as a Bible study workbook. Our Lady of Mount Carmel will host A Quick Journey Through the Bible (in a day!) in March. See the schedule on the left sidebar for more details. Coffee/tea and box lunch included.
