Who are we?
We are Mike Pounsford and Stephen Welch. Mike is organization development specialist in change, employee communication and engagement. He develops employee engagement strategies, strengthening the links between what people do and business strategy, and developing the capabilities of leaders and managers to create engaging environments. Stephen is a change, communication and leadership consultant. He works with clients to improve how they communicate, either directly, or via indirect means such as training and coaching, or top team alignment..
