Description

Disjecta returns to a savory and successful formula for a new season of Culinaria, the chef-driven dinner series bringing food lovers and art lovers together around the table at Disjecta in support of the Curator-in-Residence program. Pairing chefs, the curator and the artists, Culinaria offers intimate access to the creative process culminating in a unique menu created specifically in response to the exhibition. In the spirit of our group exhibiton, Book of Scores, Patrick Fleming, executive chef and co-owner of Boke Bowl and Troy MacLarty executive chef and owner of Bollywood Theater will collaborate on a one-of-a-kind dinner you cannot miss.

Seating is limited to just 40 people.

Price includes exhibition tour with the curator, dinner, beverages, including wine, beer and cocktails. 21+ only. All dinners will be held on the Monday night following the CiR opening receptions in our 3,500 square foot exhibition space. Dinner dates and chefs will be updated on our blog, website, tweeted, emailed and otherwise widely disseminated.

Participants will have the opportunity to meet with curator Chiara Giovando, the guest chef, Disjecta director Bryan Suereth and artist(s) participating in the exhibitions.

The Early Bird Special!! Series tickets purchased now are available at $100 per dinner. You can buy all four for just $400 at checkout. Use them yourself or you are welcome to transfer your seat at any dinner as a gift for that special adventurous someone. Our December chef is Andrew Mace, Chef de Cuisine at Le Pigeon! Other chefs are to be announced. Ask about corporate sponsorship: ryan@disjecta.org

Culinaria has a blog! Check out past dinners and read more about our chefs.
